Oh, heck yeah! Honestly, Deuce is easy mode. The biggest danger you could run into is him not getting the joke. Even after it's explained.

hahaha dave's being pretty successful so it would be kind of hilarious if he couldn't prank Deuce because he was too dumb to realize anything was wrong.

Deuce is a complete moron, but you may have hit upon the one type of prank he could potentially foil. The only thing he's actually good with is explosives, so he's likely to notice if the cake is rigged to explode.

Anything else wrong with a cake would go completely unnoticed though.
